Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Areeva Wellness and Aesthetic Clinic, we value transparency and fairness.
Appointment Cancellation:
- Appointment cancellations must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Policy :
- Consultation fees and completed services are non-refundable.
- Refunds for eligible services will be processed after review by the clinic management.
Refund Processing Time :
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
